    If you'd like to order more than what's shown, we’re happy to accommodate—just reach out directly for a custom quote.

    Ordering less than the listed minimums isn’t typically possible, as our production processes are optimized for efficiency at scale.

  • What are your minimum order quantities?

    1000 without printing and 2000 pieces per item with printing.

  • What types of customization do you do?

    We offer a wide spectrum of customization, including Structural design, material choices, printing and graphics and creating sensorial unboxing experiences.

  • What finishing options do you offer ?

    We offer a wide range of finishing options to elevate your packaging from embossing to foil stamping and everything else.

  • How do I order a sample pack?

    You can order a curated sample pack directly through our website.

Production, Lead times and Shipping

  • Standard lead time for custom orders

    Our typical lead time for custom orders ranges from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on complexity, material availability, and finishing requirements. For highly specialized packaging, we’ll provide a tailored timeline during the quoting phase.

  • Do you offer warehousing and batch delivery services?

    Yes — we provide flexible warehousing solutions and batch delivery scheduling.

  • Do you ship orders outside of India?

    Absolutely. We ship globally

  • Can I arrange to pick up my order?

    Yes — local pickup is available from our facility.

  • In what form will my boxes be delivered?

    Boxes are delivered flat-packed for efficient transport and storage. If you require pre-assembled units, we can arrange that too.

  • What is your standard delivery time?

    For domestic orders, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days post-dispatch, depending on location. International shipments may take 7 to 15 business days, subject to customs and carrier timelines.
